About Susan Hay
Susan Hay, Ripple Arts (Creative Producer) is a creative instigator and advisor. Susan has extensive experience in working collaboratively within the cultural and sports sector, working with senior cultural leaders, government agencies, artists, commercial organisations and academic institutions. Susan worked with British Council as Programme Manager, Creative Scotland and as producer for many dance companies and individuals. She is CEO for Marc Brew Company and provides mentorship and support for arts companies and emerging artists in Scotland. She produced Joel Brown and Eve Mutso’s111 (one hundred and eleven), presented as part of Made in Scotland's programme at 2019 Edinburgh Fringe, which toured internationally to sold out audiences and sparking debate in India over access. Susan is also a dance photographer and directed the award-winning Renewable film for Marc Brew Company.
