Meet Sadiq Ali, a circus artist from Scotland. His circus journey began in Edinburgh at youth classes with a company called Tepooka. He learned to dance with fire and performed his first fire show at James Gillespies High School when he was 15 with a group of friends. This hobby would later turned into his whole career. Before fully diving into performance Sadiq also worked in children's rights and youth participation roles with companies like SCCYP and Young Scot.

At 22, Sadiq started professional training at Greentop Circus in Sheffield and then studied at the National Centre for Circus Arts in London. With hard work and determination, he graduated with a distinction in Circus Arts, ready to share his passion and new found language to express himself.

Sadiq's performances tell important stories about identity, religion, and acceptance. This is his first project for children, and he’s excited to inspire a new audience with the magic of theatre combines with circus.
