With over 20 years experience in TV, Film, Theatre and Radio through a number of roles and mediums including production, acting, presenting and broadcasting, Atta brings a wealth of experience to the creative industry.

Some of his credits include Trainspotting 2, Emmerdale, Beta Female and his work on Ae Fond Kiss with acclaimed director Ken Loach. He was also a lead in Good Morning Karachi, which was screened as part of the UK Asian Film Festival.

Based in Scotland, Atta is a well known face throught the UK, and is also involved in community development, particularly in the Equalities space – supporting diverse communities with opportunities into sports and arts, as well as campaigning on a policy level.
