About Andrew McMillan
Originally, from Campbeltown on the West Coast of Scotland Andrew started playing the Tenor Horn at the age of nine.
Andrew is currently in his final year of study at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS) and was the first ever Tenor Horn player to be accepted onto the BMus course at the RCS.
Since moving to Glasgow, Andrew has played with the Whitburn band on principal horn and with the band has travelled around the world to countries such as France and Germany.
Andrew is a renowned soloist who strives to bring the Tenor Horn to a wider range audience, in order to achieve this Andrew is releasing an album later this year bringing Tenor Horn into a new light playing with strings and harpsichord etc.
Andrew looks forward to performing in Keli and continuing to bring Tenor Horn to a wider audience.
