About Ana Beatriz Meireles
Ana Beatriz Meireles is a movement director, choreographer and intimacy director, who trained at UAL and RCSSD. She has worked professionally with companies and venues including Renaud Wiser Dance Company, Cascade Dance Theatre, KWAM Collective, the Young Vic and the National Theatre. Her movement direction work is influenced by her professional experience in contemporary dance and theatre settings, her expertise in functional movement and interest in somatic approaches.
Movement direction includes: Gentlemen (Arcola Theatre); The Sewing Group (LAMDA); Il viaggio a Reims (English Touring Opera); Playtime (Royal & Derngate); Beat Poetry (Rose Bruford South West); Barricade (BFI-funded short film); Sleepwalking (Hampstead Theatre); The Cosmonaut’s Last Message (GSA); Hamlet (RCSSD); and The Runner(Greenwich Theatre R&D).
