Alienated, paranoid and dangerous, Kevin has barricaded himself into his housing scheme flat, documenting the world around him obsessively on to video. His old friend Billy, who followed his instincts into the Army, returns from Iraq not quite the conquering hero. As larger world events implode in living rooms all over the country Snuff provides an unflinching commentary on the war on terror and an age of sensationalist media.
