We are delighted to announce that we are creating a new creative cultural leader Fellowship programme, designed to support creatives to experiment, be bold, brave and take creative risks within a supportive environment.
We are looking for three Fellows across the disciplines of producing, directing and dramaturgy. Over 18 months, the three new Fellows will be part of the Artistic Development department where they will develop their skills and be embedded in artistic decision-making practices and processes across the organisation.
The Fellows will explore models of leadership for the theatre sector and support us to test and embed new cultural democracy decision making within our work.
Jackie Wylie, Artistic Director said
“Offering opportunities to develop the next generation of cultural leaders is integral to supporting the evolution of the Scottish theatre sector and sustaining the vitality of the National Theatre of Scotland.
We are delighted to have created three Fellowships within the Company, across producing, dramaturgy and directing. These Fellows will be embedded within the organization for 18 months to offer fresh perspectives and the chance to make real change during challenging times.”
The Fellowship Programme is supported by Esmée Fairbairn Foundation.
