A written licence for commercial distribution or copying may be obtained on request on such terms and at such costs as we may determine.

Any trade mark, service mark or other intellectual property contained in or relating to this Site is the property of National Theatre of Scotland unless otherwise stated. The use of such trade marks, service marks or other intellectual property without National Theatre of Scotland’s permission is strictly forbidden.

We shall not be liable to you (whether directly or indirectly and whether as a result of negligence or otherwise) in respect of any losses or damage which you may incur as a result of your use of the Site, its content or any material which is available to download from the Site.

We have taken, and will continue to take, reasonable steps to ensure that the Site and all information which is published on the Site is accurate and virus-free. We cannot however guarantee (and make no representations whatsoever):

4. TICKET SALES

National Theatre of Scotland sells tickets for some of its performances, events and activities through this website. All ticket sales are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the unlikely event of cancellation by National Theatre of Scotland and will not be issued for situations outwith our control.

All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT. There may be a transaction fee for some bookings. There is an extra charge for despatching tickets by post. Where concession prices are available, proof of concession should be shown at the box office or entry-point upon arrival.

The National Theatre of Scotland and any authorised third parties may carry out general filming, photography and sound recording in or around performance venues. By purchasing a Ticket, you shall be deemed to consent to you and your party being included in and to the promotional use of such films, photography and recordings without payment.

We reserve the right to alter casts, performances, seating or ticketing arrangements.

Please refer to our privacy policy regarding the use of your data.

If you make a group booking, you accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of your group.

For some performances, the venue where the performance is taking place controls online ticket sales through their website. National Theatre of Scotland are not responsible for the content accuracy of the theatre’s information or the on-line sale of the tickets. Please check with your local theatre as they may have specific terms and conditions for online sales.

When you purchase tickets you will be required to supply personal details. This information will be held by the venue that takes your booking and may be passed on to National Theatre of Scotland, if a data sharing agreement between the two organisations is in place. Please check the privacy policy of the venue.

5. ARTISTIC DEVELOPMENT, PARTICIPATE AND FRIENDS EVENTS

All events, courses, drop-in classes and workshops are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the unlikely event of cancellation by National Theatre of Scotland and will not be issued for situations outwith our control.

Where concession prices are available, proof of concession should be shown when signing in to the event on arrival.

The National Theatre of Scotland and any authorised third parties may carry out general filming, photography and sound recording in or around performance venues. By purchasing a Ticket, you shall be deemed to consent to you and your party being included in and to the promotional use of such films, photography and recordings without payment.

Participants attend events at their own risk. Please inform National Theatre of Scotland of any medical condition that may affect your participation. We may require a doctor’s confirmation that your participation is approved.

6. Safety

The National Theatre of Scotland (or the relevant Third Party) reserves the right to refuse admission and may request any ticket holders, attenders or participants to leave (taking any such appropriate action which may be necessary to enforce this right) before or during performances if it considers it to be necessary or desirable to do so. The National Theatre of Scotland (or the relevant Third Party) may also, on certain occasions, have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of its audiences.

Latecomers may be refused admission or asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted to the venue.

7. ALTERATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

National Theatre of Scotland reserves the right to update or modify these Terms in which case any such changes will be effective from the date of posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of any changes which we may make to the Terms.

9. GENERAL
